Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 13, 2026

Welcome to Stevie’s Mobile Vehicle Care. These Terms and Conditions explain the expectations and policies that apply when using our website, requesting appointments, or purchasing our services.

By requesting, scheduling, or purchasing services from Stevie’s Mobile Vehicle Care, you agree to these terms.

About our Business

Stevie’s Mobile Vehicle Care provides mobile vehicle detailing, oil undercoating, and select vehicle maintenance services in Claremont, New Hampshire, and surrounding areas.

Services are performed at customer-approved locations, subject to accessibility, safety, weather conditions, and the requirements of the requested service.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a service when conditions prevent us from performing the work safely or appropriately.

Service Requests and Appointments

Customers may request services through our website, by phone, or through other available communication channels.

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee an appointment or establish a confirmed price. Appointments are confirmed once the service details, pricing, and scheduling arrangements have been agreed upon.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle, including its make, model, year, condition, and any known issues that could affect the requested service.

If the actual vehicle condition or requested work differs significantly from the information originally provided, pricing may need to be adjusted. Any material price adjustment must be communicated to the customer and approved before additional work is performed.

Pricing and Payments

Service prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, service type, and the amount of time or materials required.

Prices listed on our website are subject to change. The price agreed upon for a confirmed appointment will generally remain in effect unless the customer requests additional work or the actual vehicle condition differs materially from what was disclosed when the quote was prepared.

Additional services or work outside the original scope must be approved by the customer before proceeding.

Payment is required before services are performed, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

Any additional charges must be communicated to the customer and approved before the additional work is performed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. We ask customers to provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Stevie’s Mobile Vehicle Care as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

We aim to maintain a flexible and reasonable cancellation policy. If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, provides an inaccessible service location, or fails to disclose circumstances that prevent the service from being completed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment problems, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When possible, affected customers will be notified promptly and offered an alternative appointment.

Any deposits, refunds, or other appointment-related charges will be handled according to the arrangements communicated to the customer and applicable law.

Mobile Service Locations and Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing a suitable location for the requested service.

The service location must provide adequate space, safe working conditions, and reasonable access to the vehicle.

Depending on the service, access to electricity, water, or other facilities may be necessary. Any specific requirements will be discussed before the appointment.

Customers must ensure that the vehicle is legally accessible for the requested work and that we have permission to service it at the designated location.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from property owners, landlords, property managers, or other parties who control the service location.

We may decline or discontinue work if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, prohibited for the requested activity, or otherwise unsuitable.

Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

Customers should disclose any known damage, mechanical issues, leaks, modifications, or other conditions that could affect the requested service.

Where appropriate, customers should remove personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items from the vehicle before an interior detailing appointment.

Stevie’s Mobile Vehicle Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, concealed defects, or conditions unrelated to our work, except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

We will take reasonable care when handling customer vehicles. However, certain vehicle conditions may limit the results of a service or create risks that cannot reasonably be eliminated.

Examples include:

  • Loose, damaged, deteriorated, or previously repaired paint.

  • Fragile interior materials, damaged trim, or deteriorating upholstery.

  • Existing stains, odors, discoloration, or permanent material damage.

  • Aftermarket accessories, modifications, or improperly installed components.

  • Existing rust, corrosion, fluid leaks, or mechanical defects.

If we identify a condition that could create a significant risk of damage, we may decline the affected portion of the service or discuss alternative options with the customer before proceeding.

Vehicle Detailing Services

Our detailing services are intended to improve the cleanliness and appearance of a vehicle.

Results depend on the vehicle's condition, the age and type of its materials, the severity of stains, and other factors that may be outside our control.

Although we make reasonable efforts to achieve a high-quality result, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains, odors, scratches, discoloration, or other imperfections.

Some conditions may be permanent or may require specialized services that are not included in the selected detailing package.

We will use reasonable care and appropriate methods based on the service requested and the condition of the vehicle.

Any limitations or concerns identified before work begins will be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible.

Oil undercoating services are intended to help protect appropriate vehicle underbody components from moisture and corrosion.

Results and longevity depend on vehicle condition, driving habits, road salt exposure, weather, existing corrosion, and other factors.

Customers acknowledge the following:

  • Oil undercoating does not remove existing rust or repair structural corrosion.

  • Existing rust and corrosion may continue to progress beneath or around treated areas.

  • Undercoating is not a substitute for vehicle inspections, maintenance, or necessary rust repairs.

  • Coverage may vary depending on vehicle design, accessibility, existing coatings, and the condition of individual components.

  • Treated surfaces may require periodic inspection and reapplication.

  • Some surfaces and components may be excluded from treatment for safety or suitability reasons.

Before service, customers should disclose known fluid leaks, significant corrosion, recent repairs, or other conditions that could affect the application.

We reserve the right to decline treatment of areas that are unsafe, unsuitable, inaccessible, or inappropriate for the product being applied.

Customers should follow any care instructions provided after the service.

Oil Undercoating Services

Small Maintenance Services

Stevie’s Mobile Vehicle Care may offer select minor maintenance services, such as air filter replacement, battery testing, tire pressure checks, windshield wiper replacement, and diagnostic code scanning.

The availability of these services may vary.

Diagnostic code scanning identifies certain codes reported by a vehicle's onboard diagnostic system. A scan does not necessarily identify the underlying cause of a problem, provide a complete mechanical diagnosis, or guarantee that a vehicle is safe to operate.

Battery testing and other basic checks provide limited information about the component or system being checked and do not guarantee future performance.

Customers are responsible for disclosing known vehicle issues and ensuring that any parts or materials they supply are appropriate for their vehicle.

These services are not a substitute for a comprehensive mechanical inspection or repairs performed by a qualified automotive repair facility when such work is needed.

Weather and Environmental Conditions

As a mobile service provider operating in New Hampshire, our ability to perform certain services may be affected by weather, temperature, precipitation, road conditions, and seasonal limitations.

Some services may require suitable temperatures, adequate ventilation, a dry or appropriately prepared work area, or other environmental conditions.

We reserve the right to postpone, modify, or decline a service when weather or environmental conditions could compromise safety, product performance, or the quality of the work.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of weather-related scheduling changes and arrange an alternative appointment when possible.

Customer Property and Personal Belongings

Customers are encouraged to remove valuables, cash, important documents, firearms, medications, and other sensitive or fragile belongings before a vehicle detailing appointment.

Customers should also secure or remove child safety seats, electronic devices, and other personal items when appropriate for the requested service.

We are not responsible for the loss of unsecured personal belongings except where the loss results from our negligence or other conduct for which we are legally responsible.

Customers should inform us of any items or areas of the vehicle requiring special attention before work begins.

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you have a concern about a completed service, please contact Stevie’s Mobile Vehicle Care promptly and describe the issue. Photographs and a description of the concern may help us evaluate the situation.

We will review the concern and, where appropriate, discuss reasonable options for addressing it.

Any remedy will depend on the circumstances, the nature of the service, and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms eliminates rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

Service Concerns and Complaints

Limitation of Liability

Stevie’s Mobile Vehicle Care will perform services with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for negligence, intentional misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms limits a customer's rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
